Multiples are a hit with the public and the media, especially if they are monozygotic and dressed alike.
Part of the challenges of parenting multiples includes respecting the bond of their unique birth,
while encouraging each child to explore their own interests, activities and friends. In other words,
parents need to encourage each child to reach for the stars and be the best individual they can be,
sometimes in spite of being multiples. It isn't always easy, especially when the public has their own
opinions regarding multiples. I weigh in on some of the challenges of raising multiple birth children
and hope you find my perspective helpful. If you would like to add your own thoughts, please feel free
